Michael Douglas Tilley
Chairman
BA (Accountancy), Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Fellow of the Australian Society of CPAs, registered Tax Agent, registered Company Auditor.
Mr Tilley has been advising businesses on strategies, capital raising, and mergers and acquisitions for nearly 20 years. Mike brings practical and strategic knowledge about successful business management in both public and private sectors. He runs vineyards and a wheat farm at Cummins.

Susan Chase
Director; Chair Risk and Audit Committee
Business Certificate in Accounting, registered Tax Agent, Fellow of the National Institute of Accountants, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
Ms Chase grew a struggling, energy-based, public company to a large operation with an expanding turnover. A Churchill Fellowship recipient, Sue brings sound governance, high level business experience, and analytical mind and experience in business start-ups, to the FREE Eyre Board.

Robert Paterson
Director, Company Secretary
BEc(hons), Grad Cert Mgmt
Mr Paterson brings extensive Australian and international business experience (in particular in the Asia Pacific region) to the Board of FREE Eyre. He has fulfilled roles as General Manager, Company Secretary and Managing Director of companies and been a management consultant for start-up companies.
Robert brings significant experience and skills in supply chains, logistics and distribution and corporate governance, and these attributes, as well as his high level of strategic planning and financial acumen; make Robert a welcomed addition to the FREE Eyre Board. |

Benjamin Ranford
Director
BAppSc (Agriculture), Member of the Eyre Peninsula Agricultural Research Foundation, SA No Till Farmers Association.
Mr Ranford is an Eyre Peninsula farmer who understands the challenges faced by farmers in the region and is prepared to address them. To FREE Eyre he brings a deep knowledge of local issues and a commitment to entrepreneurial – but sound - business practices. Ben Ranford is best known as a successful advocate for no-till farming. Ben is currently exploring business solutions and gaining a global perspective as part of a Nuffield Scholarship.

Dip Ag (Roseworthy), former member of the Association of Financial Advisers, former Fellow of the Life Underwriters Association, former Certified Financial Planner.
Mr Wake is the quintessential entrepreneur, and was one of the original drivers of the FREE Eyreconcept. A farmer and company director, Mike has lived the rollercoaster of successful business life and is now prepared to apply his knowledge and experience to make F.R.E.E EYRE work. Mike continues to undertake projects – here and overseas – that benefit people. Mike’s energy and capacity are renowned. |

Mark Rodda
Chief Executive Officer

Mr Rodda has focussed his career on serving the rural community and representing their interests in both the domestic and global arenas. Mark will build on the rapid growth of FREE Eyre's existing strategic agribusiness joint ventures, and will identify and pursue further growth opportunities for FREE Eyre. |

Andrea Burnett
Administration Manager

Ms Burnett has dedicated her career on administration and accounting responsibilities and with the last 10 years spent in the building industry has come to FREE Eyre with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her passion for giving back to the farmers and local communities will be driving force in assisting with the vision of FREE Eyre. |

David Jericho
Director
David is well known in the Eyre Peninsula for his various community and state level involvement. His understanding of Agriculture from grass roots to policy and on a strategic level is well considered by the FREE Eyre Board. We believe that he will bring sound business principles and skills, questioning and reasoning to the EP Grain Board.
David's drive and determination in the FREE Eyre steering group, his experience for several years as FarmBis chair, on the Eyre Regional Development Board and work to see broader telecommunications coverage in the Eyre Peninsula, make him ideal as one of FREE Eyre's representatives on the EP Grain Board.
