• Undertaking a commercial and technical feasibility study of the proposed integrated business model;

• Developing a marketing strategy that de-markets initial member expectations yet builds FREE Eyre Limited as a professional, credible and “can do” business;

• Developing business systems for assessing, financing and facilitating the start up of new ventures on Eyre Peninsula;

• Leveraging off the initial capital to provide a sustainable and long term future for FREE Eyre Limited;

• Raising capital to allow investment into new partnerships consistent with FREE Eyre Limited goals;
